Tour Highlights | Itinerary
The Bondi to Coogee coastal walk is one of Australia’s most celebrated seaside trails, stretching along sandstone cliffs and turquoise coves between some of Sydney’s most iconic beaches.
Rather than completing the entire route, this experience focuses on the most beautiful and rewarding sections of the coastline, allowing time to explore without rushing.
From Bondi Beach to Coogee, the journey blends scenery, movement and atmosphere — offering time to walk selected sections, take in the vistas, and experience Sydney’s coastal lifestyle in a relaxed, unhurried way.
Along the way we visit highlights including Bondi, Tamarama, Bronte and Coogee, with opportunities to pause at ocean pools, cliffside viewpoints and local cafés. Your private guide shares insights into Sydney’s beach culture, coastal ecology and the lifestyle that makes this stretch of coastline one of the most loved in Australia.
The experience is designed to feel natural and effortless — combining light activity with time to enjoy the landscape at your own pace.
Lunch at Sydney Fish MarketFollowing the coastal walk, we continue to the Sydney Fish Market, Australia’s premier seafood destination and one of the largest working fish markets in the Southern Hemisphere.
Here you’ll discover the extraordinary variety of Australia’s seafood — from freshly shucked oysters and sashimi-grade tuna to grilled lobster, prawns and local fish prepared simply to showcase their natural flavour.
Lunch unfolds casually overlooking the water, offering a taste of Sydney’s culinary culture in one of the city’s most authentic food environments. Your host will guide you through the market and help you select the finest seafood available that day.
A Lifestyle Experience of SydneyThis tour blends the elements that define Sydney: coastline, movement, food and atmosphere. From harbour icons to ocean cliffs, from coastal walks to a seafood lunch by the water, the day flows naturally and without hurry.
Privately hosted by Sydney Privé, the experience offers an authentic introduction to the city — combining Sydney’s iconic landscapes with the lifestyle that locals cherish every day.

Matt picked us up and we went for breakfast at Bondi before going to an amazing butcher shop and then the fish market where he got lunch and dinner. We had the most fantastic time visiting a native animal sanctuary before an incredible walk at the Blue Mountains where we later had a champagne lunch with views to take your breath away. We visited other sites before going to Dryridge Winery for wine tasting and to our surprise Matt bbq’d the steak to accompany. There were so many highlights and excellent thoughtful touches. We had a day we won’t forget!
Don't think twice if you want a day like no other!
Too long a day to describe in detail, but had a great relaxing time and was well worth it:
The good:
• ‘Boutique’ tour. See what you want, when you want, in comfort.
• No time wasted with pit stops at tourist shops (unless you want to).
• Professional and knowledgeable tour guide (Matt) from start to finish.
• Luxury mini van with good AC for hot days.
• Depending on your tour, great breakfast at local establishment and customized lunch based on your likes and dietary restrictions (see pictures). Matt bought local fresh food which he personally prepared and cooked himself.
The bad:
• Can’t think of any.
Highly recommend Sydney Prive tour if you can. Make sure you do a bit of homework ahead regarding what you might be interested in seeing, and Matt will help you select.
That was something what we’ll remember long time mainly because of great Matt’s support. This gentleman has rare ability to quick understand other people needs. Thanks to that we spent lovely time with perfect prepared food, outstanding wines, interesting conversation with beautiful nature in the background.
Thank you Matt! I hope to repeat that!
Our guide Matt was fantastic! He made our day long to remember. I really recommend him and this tour, its worth to spend bit more and feel that you have been treated royally. Eve ja Veiko
We had an amazing day. There were 4 of us, and I confess that our two friends are a challenge for food and mobility. Matt listened patiently and discreetly and modified things on the go to meet their needs. That’s amazing service! He cares a lot and even stayed in touch with us after the tour to be sure our hotel challenges were worked out.
His company was able to pick us up at the airport when we arrived, so be sure to ask if you have other needs. I would not hesitate to recommend him to make your day very memorable.
We will be in touch in a couple/few years when we have more time.
While the sights and stops along the way were amazing, what truly made the experience magical was Matt. He was kind, incredibly informative and interactive. The whole experience was laid back and relaxing. If you are debating between taking a charter bus tour or paying extra and going private, I would highly recommend the private tour with Matt. We will be recommending him to all of our family and friends and when the day comes that we go back to Sydney we will certainly be looking to hire him again.
I had made reservations at The Gidley for dinner the next night only to find out that Matt was the sommelier! Yes, a man of many talents.
We started the day with Matt greeting us at our hotel and headed to breakfast at the beach. There was more food than we could possibly finish yet it was delicious.
We headed out to the valley to do a private wine tasting and even a tour of the vineyard! Then we went to lunch and our second tasting. Lunch was multi courses and had an incredible food and wine pairing.
We finished the day with a stop at a quaint cellar door that had friendly dogs on the property which we loved. On our drive back to Sydney, Matt was able to point out kangaroos and kookaburra birds, and we pulled over to get a closer look.
We arrived back at our hotel around 6:30PM and bid farewell.
For anyone looking for a premier wine experience in the Hunter Valley - this is it. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient and a true pleasure.
Everything was very well organised and if wine is your things we highly recommand this primate tour company.
We enjoyed breakfast in Bondi and enjoyed a short tour there Before heading to the Blue Mountains which is incredible! The highlight was lunch prepared by Matt in secluded vineyard with amazing views over the valley. Delicious food and wines.
We would definitely recommend Sydney Privé for anyone who wants a great experience in Sydney and the Blue Mountains!
