Matt picked us up and we went for breakfast at Bondi before going to an amazing butcher shop and then the fish market where he got lunch and dinner. We had the most fantastic time visiting a native animal sanctuary before an incredible walk at the Blue Mountains where we later had a champagne lunch with views to take your breath away. We visited other sites before going to Dryridge Winery for wine tasting and to our surprise Matt bbq’d the steak to accompany. There were so many highlights and excellent thoughtful touches. We had a day we won’t forget!

Had a wonderful day with Matt on our day tour of the Blue Mountains. We started with a visit to the Sydney Fish Market, what a great experience! Had a stop at Featherdale Wildlife Park and saw lots of Australian animals including kangaroos, Tassies, wombats, koalas, lots of different birds, etc. Once we got to the Blue Mountains, Matt surprised us with a lunch in the park in a beautiful location that he prepared for us! Lunch included a special wine that he personally selected to pair with the food - he’s also a sommelier! On the way back, we stopped at a winery and he provided us with a special tasting! Such a fun day and Matt was spectacular. He paced our tour perfectly and was so knowledgeable about Sydney and surrounding areas. Very professional and just a lovely person. A day tour like no other! What an absolutely incredible experience! From the communication prior to the private tour, to the many fabulous experiences throughout the day, to the continued assistance post trip, Matt is much more than just tour guide. His offerings should not be missed on your travels to Sydney! The day started with a pick up at our hotel and we were off to an Australian “brekky” that was incredible. A tour of Bondi Beach and then off to the Sydney Fish Market which was by far has one of the most incredible displays of fresh seafood I have ever seen! From there it was off to the animal park to see all that Australia has to offer in their array of exotic animals. The Blue Mountains were breathtaking and the hike to Wentworth Falls spectacular. After the visit to the falls, Matt had prepared a lunch of fresh seafood and champagne. More sightseeing then off to a winery for some wine tasting and incredible charcuterie boards. After one of the most incredible days touring, it was back to the hotel. Matt had suggested a restaurant we should try but I was unable to secure reservations. Matt took care of that too! This is the tour you need!! We did the Blue Mountains tour with Matt yesterday and it was spectacular from beginning to end! We started with a delicious breakfast at Bill‘s in Bondi. The ricotta pancakes are the bomb! We then went on to the seafood market, where we picked up fresh seafood and meet for lunch. We also had some amazing Sydney rock oysters. And we went on to Featherdale nature preserve for a photo op with a koala. We went on for an incredible hike in the blue mountains, followed by lunch at a private winery with Matt and The caretaker. Everything was excellent and Matt is a brilliant Tour Guide and great to hang with for the day! If you want to Sydney off the beaten track, this is the tour for you!!

We had a chance to feed a kangaroos and take a picture with koala. The highlight was a Australian bbq and wine tasting in a private vineyard with stunning views. The best way to see Sydney is with Sydney Privè Matt from Sydney Privé made our time in Sydney unforgettable. Matt oragnised our days in the Hunter Valley and in Sydney which was the best as we had never been before so his recommendations were great! Amazing way to spend a day sightseeing. Fabulous way to spend a day sightseeing in Sydney and surrounding area. We were picked up promptly at our hotel and off we went. Several tours available, and we opted for a full day with Matt to see Bondi beach, Featherdale wildlife park, a private winery with lunch, and the blue mountains, to name a few.

Too long a day to describe in detail, but had a great relaxing time and was well worth it:

The good:
• ‘Boutique’ tour. See what you want, when you want, in comfort.
• No time wasted with pit stops at tourist shops (unless you want to).
• Professional and knowledgeable tour guide (Matt) from start to finish.
• Luxury mini van with good AC for hot days.
• Depending on your tour, great breakfast at local establishment and customized lunch based on your likes and dietary restrictions (see pictures). Matt bought local fresh food which he personally prepared and cooked himself.

The bad:
• Can’t think of any.

Highly recommend Sydney Prive tour if you can. Make sure you do a bit of homework ahead regarding what you might be interested in seeing, and Matt will help you select.

The most memorable day in Australia We finished our 14 day holiday cruise in Australia with this tour to the Blue Mountains with Matt. It was the perfect way to end our time in Australia. From breakfast in Bondi to the bbq lunch in the most beautiful scenery in the secluded winery in the Blue Mountains and many things in between- this private tour was everything and more. Car is specious and Matt made us feel extra special.

The highlight of our trip The highlight to the trip of a lifetime! That is how we would sum up our experience with Matt if only given one sentence to do so. Our experience with Matt began 3 days before our tour even began with him reaching out to check in on us and answer any questions we might have before our tour begins. From there we were greeted at our hotel in a very comfortable car and whisked away to an amazing breakfast next to Bondi Beach. We then proceeded to the Sydney Fish Market where we toured around as tourists while Matt picked out local fresh oysters and fish for us to enjoy later in the day. The tour then brought us up through the blue mountains where we enjoyed a wildlife park, an amazing scenic hike and other breathtaking views. Afterwards we enjoyed a beautiful local winery with an amazing selection of fresh cheeses, fruits, and crackers to go along with the wine.

While the sights and stops along the way were amazing, what truly made the experience magical was Matt. He was kind, incredibly informative and interactive. The whole experience was laid back and relaxing. If you are debating between taking a charter bus tour or paying extra and going private, I would highly recommend the private tour with Matt. We will be recommending him to all of our family and friends and when the day comes that we go back to Sydney we will certainly be looking to hire him again.

Private Tour of Sydney When arriving in a city I've never been to I always find a local tour guide to show us the highlights so that we can go back to places that we found interesting and spend more time. Matt was a perfect host - He took us to a great breakfast in Bondi and then we visited every noteworthy location in Sydney, finishing up with a spectacular late lunch at Mr. Wong (a must when in Sydney). The best way to experience Hunter Valley Amazing way to experience the Hunter Valley in style. Matt was super communicative from day 1 - helping answer any questions we had about the day and even let us customize our tour to include a variety of vineyards and a pescatarian friendly lunch.

We started the day with Matt greeting us at our hotel and headed to breakfast at the beach. There was more food than we could possibly finish yet it was delicious.

We headed out to the valley to do a private wine tasting and even a tour of the vineyard! Then we went to lunch and our second tasting. Lunch was multi courses and had an incredible food and wine pairing.

We finished the day with a stop at a quaint cellar door that had friendly dogs on the property which we loved. On our drive back to Sydney, Matt was able to point out kangaroos and kookaburra birds, and we pulled over to get a closer look.

We arrived back at our hotel around 6:30PM and bid farewell.

Amazing day in The Hunter Valley Or family spent a day in the Hunter valley with our tour guide Matt. His private tour was recommended to us by hotel concierge and it was amazing. To mention a few highlights, but not give away all the surprises, we started our day with waterfront breakfast in Sydney picturesque beach town, visited boutique vineyards and lavish lunch in Bistro Molines. An unforgettable tour in Hunter Valley We had a fantastic day filled with great wine in boutique wineries, absolutely amazing food in the restaurant Bistro Molines and relaxing time. Our favourite was chocolate and wine pairing and private winery tour at Tyrell's estate where we had a chance to taste wines straight from the barrel and some of the premium sélection.

Business and Leisure – Great trip with Sydney Privé I travelled for work to Sydney with a few colleagues and we only had a short amount of time to explore the Sydney and found Sydney Privé. Matt arranged a private tour of the Hunter Valley (as I really enjoy Australian wine) and a Sydney city tour. Both tours were great. Matt picked me up in a luxury Merc and we started off with breakfast on the harbour right next to the Harbour Bridge with views of the Opera House. The drive to the Hunter Valley was relaxing. Matt provided me with history of the city and the Hunter Valley. We stopped for a few wine tastings where I got to meet some of the producers and taste a variety of wines. Matt is a sommelier so his knowledge of the wine and the region was great for our personalised tour. Lunch was at a great restaurant in the Hunter Valley. I have forgotten the name but Matt arrange a great table for us with a beautiful view. We also enjoyed beer and cheese tastings later in the day. Matt was able to adjust the day to suit the group.
