The wine tasting was $10/person for 6 wines but if you bought a bottle of wines then it would be free! Needless to say we ended up buying 2 bottles of Rose and tasted more than 6 wines!! After being to another disappointing wine tasting experience prior to coming here, we are happy to have gone and tried this one!!
Well worth the trip and well worth the stop to taste the wines here!!

My favourite winery and a lovely lunch & wine-tasting escape at Howard Park Wines
We recently spent an afternoon at Howard Park Wines and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The winery is beautifully located amid vines and native forest, with an architecturally striking cellar door that feels both modern and inviting.
We began with a seated wine tasting at the cellar door, the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and took us through a lovely range of wines, including their Margaret River and Great Southern varietals.
We especially enjoyed exploring their “museum” wines with some older vintages that show how the wine evolves over time.
For lunch, we paired a platter of local produce with cheeses, meats, and delicacies with a glass of our favourite wine from the tasting. The combination really complemented the light, fresh wine styles Howard Park is known for.
The setting enhanced everything. The lush vineyards, views of native bushland, and peaceful surroundings made us feel relaxed and present. We loved strolling the grounds and pausing to take it all in.
Overall, it’s a beautiful place to be, the wines are expressive, the experience is thoughtfully curated, and the atmosphere is calm yet full of character. We’d happily return for another lunch and tasting . it’s one of those places that stays with you.

We had a fantastic experience at Howard Park, thanks to Cathy. She was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the tasting both fun and informative. The Riesling was a standout, absolutely delicious.
The setting was beautiful, and Cathy’s warm hospitality made it a highlight of our day.
Highly recommend a visit!

Very nice. My favourite winery in Margaret River region. The two english guys so professional and knowledgeable with the wines and top quality service. Atmosphere was so light and positive. My favourite was the prosecco ( wine tasting) ended up getting a bottle with friends. This was one of my highlights of my margaret river /dunsbourough trip.

We had a superb tasting at Howard Park Wines today whilst the rain pelted down outside. Fantastic host David, walked us through all of Howard Park wine selection, we loved many of their wines and the stunning venue and great service added to the experience! The team were more than willing to assist us getting our collection shipped home easily, unlike other wineries nearby. Howard Park weren’t interested in ‘conning’ us into buying a heap of their wines before they’d help with these arrangements or provide fantastic service!
Thank you especially to David for your hospitality, professionalism and friendliness!

Howard Park is truly top drawer and a class above the rest. Our host Michael was phenomenal in his professionalism and friendliness as he took us through what they have to offer from sparkings to some limited production bottles. Everything we tasted was sublime and spoke volumes of their passion and dedication to what they do.
Their cellar door is also a beautiful cathedral-like building with nice high ceilings and plenty of open spaces for kids to roam around as well. Overall we had a great experience at Howard Park Wines, couldn't recommend this place enough.

One of our favourite wineries and a regular stop when down South. The wines are of good quality, and there’s always a Mad Fish wines special to be had for those keen to grab a bargain. We often pick up a carton of cheap (but enjoyable) Shiraz, though this time the special allowed for a bit more of a selection at just $150 for a carton.
We’ve always found the hosts to be welcoming and conversational. This time around they were from Leicester and British Columbia. Tastings $10.
Plenty of room outdoors to enjoy a bit to eat and for the kids to run around. The koi pond is popular with little ones, just keep an eye on them as it’s not fenced off. While very shallow, it’s deep enough to cause a problem for a young toddler or crawler.
One of the better Margaret River wineries in my opinion.

Love this place. massive out door grassed area under the trees. They have a selection of meats and cheeses and condiments that you can purchase from the fridge. They supply the board and knives. Then we selected our favourite bottle of wine $15 for the Rose and $45 for the chardy. sat under the trees for a relaxing couple of hours eating cheese and drinking wine. It doesn’t get any better than that.

The man who begrudgingly and poorly served us seemed to believe we weren’t worthy and this attitude seems to pervade this place as he and his middle aged female colleague both turned their backs on their customers to talk gossip about them.
A shame this 2nd tier winery can’t learn from its better Vasse Felix.

Visited this winery off the cuff last week while in the region. The cellar door is amazing, the property just fantastic. The lady at the cellar door, Kathy, was just incredible and so welcoming and full of information. We placed an order for delivery and joined the wine club. Rang today to adjust the delivery timeline now we are back home and nothing was too much trouble. I look forward to many more wines via the wine club in the future.

After 10 mins and another 2 couples were been served who came in after us. We decided to leave at a side door. 30 seconds later as we walking across the ground a staff member shouted out ,”excuse me are guys you ok?”
We walked towards the car park again the same person. Came out the front door and shouted out the same phrase. We replied “no thanks you’ve missed out!”

Easily the number 1 winery we have ever been to. The women here made our wine tasting experience the best we have ever had. Very knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble and their sense of humour and personalities did the business proud! Their Jete Sparkling is the best sparkling we have ever had. Needless to say we left buying plenty from here.

The only maker in Margaret River who adopt traditional Champagne method for the sparkling wines. Also, very beautiful and modern cellar, sophisticated in both service and products. We liked many from the variety of wine lists and purchased a dozen!
NV Howard Park Brut was very fruity and has enough complexity. Sauvignon Blanc tastes very classic.
Muamup Chardonnay has strong mineral and is creamy at the same time, single original from Margaret River.
They also offers Mad Fish brand, a bit reasonable but not less tasty, we loved Malbec and Pinot Gris which is only 3 palettes this year and only sold at cellar door at the time.

Visited for the Riesling and Oyster festival in January, beautiful location and facilities. Enjoyed the long driveway lined with lovely trees.
Tastings $5 for Madfish (8 tastings), or $10 for Howard Park and Madfish with the money redeemable towards a bottle of wine.
The Madfish Moscato was delicious!

A class above the rest. The service from the manage and staff was exceptional - welcoming, friendly, accommodating and genuine. Absolutely loved the wines here they are top quality.
The cathedral-like building is brilliantly balanced with a homely type feel. There is an open Piano for any brave musicians and toys for the kids to play with.
Most importantly our children were just as welcome and encouraged to feed the big fish.
There is plenty of picturesque open space and lush greenery to enjoy after a tasting.
Highly recommend !
