Freeing yourself from the shackles of a structured, rigid tasting, explore how wine and food change with 3 different wines for each course of The Hungerford Lunch. 


Explore, nosh and enjoy. The Hungerford Lunch is $100 per person and requires at least 24 hours’ notice for booking. 

It is available Wednesday-Saturday from 12pm. Minimum booking of 2 people. Dietaries can be accommodated for; notice is required at time of booking. 


The Hungerford Lunch consists of:

Served with 2024 Semillon, 2023 Fiano, and 2024 Verdelho. 

  • Sydney rock oysters with Hungerford Hill Verjuice, apple and Finger lime.

  • Warm house made sourdough with whipped miso and kingfish butter and avruga caviar.

Served with 2022 Classic Pinot Noir, 2022 Classic Sangiovese, 2021 Epic or an Aged Sweetwater Shiraz or Cabernet Sauvignon.

  • Pan roasted Redgate Farm duck, beetroot, fried chickpea, duck jus. 

  • With a side of Rosemary salted fires and local leaf garden salad.

It is available Tuesday-Saturday from 12pm. Minimum booking of 2 people. Limited dietaries can be accommodated for; notice is required at time of booking. Bookings can be cancelled and refunded up to 24 hours before scheduled tasting. The tasting cost is non refundable on purchase of wine. $60.00 per person is non refundable on purchase of wine. It is available Tuesday-Saturday from 12pm. Minimum booking of 2 people. Limited dietaries can be accommodated for; notice is required at time of booking. Bookings can be cancelled and refunded up to 24 hours before scheduled tasting. 1. Booking Requirements a. All experiences must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. b. Bookings can be made through the designated online booking portal or carriage service. c. Groups over 6 people must confirm numbers 10 business days before booking. 2. Cancellations and Refunds a. You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time of the experience. b. Refunds will only be processed through the same booking portal used to make the reservation. c. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled experience are nonrefundable. 3. Modifications a. Changes to your booking (such as rescheduling) must be requested more than 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. 4. Arrival and Attendance a. Guests are required to arrive at the venue within 5 minutes to the scheduled start time. b. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience or forfeiture of the booking without refund. 5. Age Restrictions a. All participants drinking alcohol must be of legal drinking age as per legal obligations. Valid identification may be required. 6. Behavior and Conduct a. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests from the premises who exhibit inappropriate behavior, including intoxication, without refund. 7. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) a. All staff may refuse service if guests are showing signs of intoxication or anti-social behavior. 8. Liability a. Guests participate in the wine tasting experience at their own risk. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the experience unless caused by our negligence. 9. Free of Charge Policy a. 1 Group leader / Tour escort is Free of Charge (FOC) per 15 guests. b. Group Leader/ Tour escorts are not to consume any alcohol on site. 10. Force Majeure a. We are not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will work with guests to reschedule or provide refunds where applicable. 11. Special Requests a. Any dietary or special requests should be communicated at the time of booking. While we will make every effort to accommodate such requests, they cannot be guaranteed. b. For food and wine tastings, dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking. Adjustments cannot be made on the day of the booked experience. 12. Contact Information a.
