What a great day! Our driver Bronny was fantastic and provided a good level of guidance and fun facts. The option to select our own playlist made it fun and the wineries on the list were a really good variety and perfect introduction to this wine region.

The tour was as advertised and ran perfectly to a tight schedule. Bronnie our guide was friendly and informative and keen for everyone to have a good time. She was well informed about all the vineyards en route. I liked that there were options other than vinyards to add some variety to the tour. Tanunda was a nice town to wander around with some lovely cafes. I can't comment on the wine as I'm not a wine drinker but we had a delicious (and well priced) meal at Saltrams. Good day all round.

I cannot stop raving about Trailhopper to anyone who will listen. I was flying solo over the weekend in Adelaide and wanted to explore the Adelaide Hills and came across Trailhopper. The guidance of the tour driver (shout out to Lorrie and Dean!), the lovely company of the other passengers and the great selection of wineries to explore make the day incredibly enjoyable. The hop on hop off route is seamless and enables you to choose your own adventure with ease. The wineries were all incredibly welcoming and provided a great tasting experience. I cannot wait to come back and take one of the other tours to Barossa and McLaren, I encourage anyone wanting a fuss free day exploring the incredible wine regions of Adelaide to book a ticket with Trailhopper!

Went on the Adelaide hills trip on Friday 21st with our visitor from France. Fabulous day and the driver was informative and friendly and gave us lots of recommendations. We were most impressed Great way to showcase our lovely city. This is my 5th trip with Trailhopper and highly recommend

I’m a Cairns local & visited Adelaide over the weekend. Had the best day with trail hopper tours visiting the beautiful wineries! Big shout out to our incredible bus driver BRETT for getting us everywhere safely, taking music requests and allowing us to have a very fun time on the bus. This is a must do tour!!!!

Last Saturday I went on my second hopper and like the first it was great. I was a bit better prepared which i definitely recommend. Will I go again, absolutely!

We went on the Barossa Valley day tour this week and had the absolute best time. We had a small group but Laurie made the day full of fun. The wineries were exceptional and the food was amazing. I would absolutely go again!!

Simply Brilliant!! We had an absolutely fantastic day. Nate was a brilliant tour guide with heaps of great info about the area and the local wineries. We did a fully guided tour of the Barossa a couple of days earlier and would definitely recommend the Hop-On-Hop-Off tour of Hahndorf and the Adelaide Hills to do it "Your Way".

Our 'private' tour with Nathan I'm not sure where to start, because we had such a great day. We received clear and properly frequent communication from Cherie, and we received outstanding guidance, narrative and suggestions from Nathan during our tour. We were the only customers on a Thursday in September, so he made some changes to our trip that added to the day. We booked our tastings as suggested, but we kept part of our afternoon free. Nathan made some recommendations that were spot on for our tastes. For those who care, we booked a tasting and lunch at Lambert Estate. The wines were good and the food was great - it's a strong recommend. Our next stop was historic Yalumba, and our last stop was at Kaesler, thanks to Nathan. I would strongly recommend using Trail Hopper!

Brett took us on an amazing day trip to McLaren Vale. It was great to have the freedom to choose our own stops along the way, and Brett gave us top-tier suggestions based on our wine preferences. With his guidance we came across a few drops that I’ll never forget.

We did the Adelaide Hills tour with Brett and had an absolutely wonderful day. Brett was super knowledgeable and was up for a laugh. Bus was always on time. Got to visit 4 wineries with our favorites being Nepenthe and Petaluma. The tour was a great way to see the wineries and would absolutely do it again. Highly recommend!!

We did the Trail Hopper bus tour to the Barossa and had such a great experience. Our driver, Yvette, was absolutely amazing – so friendly, knowledgeable and full of interesting information about the region. She made the 1 hour long trip to our destination fun. Everything was really well organised and ran smoothly, but at the same time it felt relaxed and flexible, so we could just enjoy the wineries without worrying about logistics. You could tell Yvette genuinely cared about making sure everyone was comfortable and having a great day. Highly recommend Trail Hopper if you want an easy, enjoyable way to experience the Barossa!

This trip was brilliant from start to finish - plenty of information online to help me choose, helpful staff on the phone when I had a question and a fantastic day with a lovely driver in the Adelaide Hills. We did the 4x set wineries, tasting and lunch and the whole day was a brilliant way to show Adelaide to my visiting friend - highly recommend all of the places and everything was as expected but even better. Lovely staff at the wineries too! Will definitely go again!

A beautiful day in the Barossa! We had an awesome day visiting wineries and through small towns Tanunda and Angaston.

Laurie our guide and made our day as he was super knowledgeable and gave us great tips on how to use our time best.

We visited Rusden winery for wine tasting, Lambert for lunch (fantastic food) and Yalumba for more wine tasting and a walk around the gorgeous grounds.

We would highly recommend Trail Hopper as an excellent day to visit the Barossa Valley and we intend to go back to explore more and will use Trail Hopper again. Thank you.

Excellent tour of the Adelaide Hills. Got picked up in Hahndorf and then had an enjoyable drive around the Hills. Our driver was a great driver but did wish that they had talked more about Adelaide Hills rather than just played music. Was good to talk to the other guests about each of the wineries. Glad we did our own research about where to visit as we were the only ones to go to Lot100 and that was the best of all on the day. Bird in Hand also great. Will be back to do a few more tours soon. Really worth it.

What a great find and experience - we upgraded and did the lunch experience - 4 wineries with lunch at Oxenberry. The food was great and was surprised at their wines. Fav was Primo. No need to think about making bookings it’s all done for you!! Boom so happy I did this and will be doing it again!!

Great way to spend a day out in a wine region, with someone else handling the driving! Yvette was a wonderful driver for a Sunday excursion to McLaren Vale. We have enough time for tastings at 3 wineries and did lunch at Beach Rd. Back by 5 and had a wonderful experience. Well recommended!

This tour company deserves a pat on the back. Our driver/tour guide is exceptional. She was punctual, picking us up right on time. Even though we were quite late returning on one of our stop, she patiently waited for us. She had a great sense of humor and shared some good jokes, making the experience even more enjoyable.

We did the McLaren Vale north tour with Yvette and we loved our day. Would recommended this tour for a great and convenient way to visit the McLaren Vale wine region. The trip Advisor site did not give us the coach timetable for the wineries. We did not know we needed to pre book tables. We nee We expected a commentary onboard the coach but there wasnt one. The driver was very friendly and answered questions. Good experience all up. Fabulous scenery, lovely wines. Hahndorf village excellent in Autumn colours

Great day out We’ve now used Trail Hopper 6 times over the past few years. Each time has been efficient, friendly and everything we could have wanted.

Fun, enjoyable days out ! We did Mclaurenvale South and Barossa Valley with trail hopper over two days ! From choosing vineyards to explore the days felt relaxed and we really loved the wineries we went to and sampled great food, wines, cider and gin throughout the day - a mix of all the things we like ! Our guides were amazing and if we had any questions or trouble choosing stops they were there to help ! The best hop on hop off winery tour I have been on personally and will be using these guys again for sure. We had so much fun and lots of laughs were had during the day ! It was a great way to experience these two wine regions and I cannot recommend these guys more !! We felt relaxed even with time limits at the places we visited it still gives you plenty of time to enjoy the places you choose.

Perfect way to enjoy the wineries From pickup to drop off the full day tour was well run and enjoyable. Everything had been thought of, so it was sit back, chat, admire the scenery and look forward to the next winery. Yvette was welcoming and helpful. We chose the prepaid and booked option so visited 4 wineries, 1 of which included lunch. Only suggestion I could think of would be the option of tea/coffee at the last stop off.

Look forward to exploring other winery areas with this company.

Went on a Sunday trail hopper wine tour during Fringe Festival and it was perfect! Our tour guide Yvette was amazing and super informative about the winery area but also Adelaide in general. It’s great to be able to hop on and hop off wherever you like, just be sure to book your wine tastings in advance as some of the really popular places were fully booked. Trail Hopper was excellent.
