Food and Drink: The consumption of food and drink in Hire Cars is prohibited by law in NSW. We can stop during the tour for guests to consume food and drink. Reliability: All our cars are maintained to the highest standards and are regularly serviced, however they are over 90 years old. In the unlikely event of a breakdown we would dispatch another vehicle to ensure the day continued as planned. Seatbelts: As our vehicles were manufactured before the advent of seatbelts, they are not required to have them installed. Child Policy: NSW law states that persons under the age of 16 cannot travel as a front seat passenger (but can in the rear seat) in a vehicle without seatbelts and children under the age of 7 cannot travel in any vehicle unless there is a properly fitted child restraint. Unfortunately, this means that no-one under the age of 7 can travel in our vehicles. However we have a second modern vehicle that can follow the vintage vehicle. We also work with a professional nanny service and can organise child care. Damages and responsibilities: Any damage to the vehicles caused by the customer will be charged to the customer. Blue Mountains Limousines and Vintage Cadillacs accept no responsibility for lost or damaged property. Disputes and Claims: Any controversy, dispute or claims arising out of or in connection with terms and conditions shall come under the jurisdiction of the relevant Act of Law of New South Wales. Reimbursement: Neither Blue Mountains Limousines and Vintage Cadillacs nor its representatives will be held responsible for any inconvenience to clients in any way, shape or form and reimbursement will not exceed the hire amount paid by the customer for the one tour.
