I did a MTB Tour from Camperdown to Port Campbell on the Timboon and then 12 apostels trail.
My bike was brought to my Motel in Camperdown, perfect. The luggae transport to Port Campbell - perfect. Pick up in Port Campbell after two days and bringing back me with the luggage to the train in Camperdown-perfect.
I rescheduled several times before my trip: Sandra was always nice and made everything possible. Lindon drove me carefully. The bike was well prepared.
Highly recommended!!
I’ll come back!
I recently used Ride with Us for my Great Ocean Walk transport, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. Booking was simple and communication was excellent, with timely pickups right on schedule.
A special shoutout to Lindon, who went above and beyond — not only did he advise me on great places to stay near the 12 Apostles after I finished the walk, but he also kept me entertained with fantastic stories from previous GOW adventures. He even took me on a quick tour around Port Campbell, sharing interesting local history and insider tips along the way.
I also want to thank Alan, who collected my suitcase in Apollo Bay at the start of my walk. He was full of useful information and gave me excellent suggestions for side trips and things to look out for along the trail.
As a solo walker, I felt incredibly well supported throughout the whole experience. The team’s friendliness, knowledge, and genuine care made a huge difference. I can’t recommend Ride with Us GOW Transport highly enough — they truly made my Great Ocean Walk experience even more memorable!
$46 for a 6km journey. Zero trust!
---------------------------------
I see he’s responded with “no record of this trip.”
Not surprising, considering no receipt was ever provided — though the charge clearly appears on my bank statement.
Sadly, this seems to be a growing trend: provide a service without transparency, overcharge, then deny it ever happened when questioned or reviewed.
It’s a deeply dishonest way to treat customers — especially those who are seen as easy to take advantage of.

💛 Genuine care & kindness, and truly good-hearted people.

My name is Nadia, and I wholeheartedly recommend the services of Ride With Us & Timboon Taxis. 🚖✨
Last year, I had a bit of a misadventure—I lost my car key 🔑 while visiting a beautiful nature park 🌿. Thankfully, I had their business card with me. When I called, I immediately felt supported 🙏. Sandra answered the phone 📞 and I could hear genuine concern in her voice 💗. Even though it was a bit late and the drive from Camperdown to Princetown takes about 45 minutes 🚗, she coordinated everything with Lindon to come pick me up and take me to my hotel 🏨.
But that wasn’t all...
Lindon kindly let me use his phone to contact RACV ☎️ so I could access my car and retrieve my things. Later, he even returned with me to the area where I had lost my key, and helped me search through the sand—at night 🌙, in the cold and wind 🌬️—with only our phone lights 🔦. It honestly felt like he was looking for his own keys. 🥹
The next day, Lindon picked me up again and dropped me off at the train station 🚉. Throughout the whole experience, he was incredibly kind, patient, flexible, and genuinely caring 💫.
Lindon, I am so grateful for your support 💖. In that moment, I truly felt rescued 🥲. I want to thank you, Sandra, and your friend from RACV 🙌. This experience was a beautiful reminder of the kindness and spirit of Australian culture. Thank you for the trust as well. No words to describe how grateful I felt! 🙏✨
I highly recommend this company for your travels 🌍.
Excellent service, genuine care, and truly good-hearted people. 💕🚕🌟
Thank you again!
¡Muchas muchas muuuuuuuchas gracias! 🙏🌈

We met Lindon at the bike shed in Timboon—what a genuine, down-to-earth guy! He was super helpful and set the tone for a fantastic day. The ride itself was amazing, even with a few light showers along the way. Port Campbell, a charming little beachside town, was the perfect destination to cap off the journey.
Lindon went above and beyond by picking us up in Port Campbell, driving us back to our car in Timboon, and sharing some fascinating local history along the way. His service and hospitality truly stood out.
This was hands down one of the best experiences we’ve had—not just for the ride but for the outstanding service. We highly recommend Ride with Us to anyone visiting the area. You won’t be disappointed!
All our drivers were excellent. I would definitely recommend ‘Ride with us’
to anyone who needs to travel around the great ocean walk area.
Thanks again guys
see you next time.
