An Unhurried Journey of Craft and Flavour
Escape the rush and reconnect with nature, craft, and community. 🌿 Nestled on a beautiful permaculture farm just five kilometres from the Margaret River town centre, this immersive four-hour experience invites you to slow down and create.
Your day begins with warm welcome refreshments before settling in at the long table. Under the gentle guidance of weaving artist Cynamon Aeria, you will spend two peaceful hours learning traditional techniques and wandering the lush gardens to gather natural fibres. 🧺
After crafting your unique piece, sit down to an abundant, seasonal lunch board featuring select Indigenous ingredients curated by Koort to Koort Creations. As you dine, Florence Drummond, founder of the award-winning, Indigenous-owned Mitu Wines, will personally pour and share the stories behind four exceptional wines.
Your Hand-Woven Creation
Walk away with a beautiful, hand-woven basket crafted by your own hands using raffia and selected natural fibres. No prior experience is needed—just a desire to sit, create, and enjoy the process.
