Welcome To Adelaide is the only walking tour of its kind in the city, providing an orientation of Adelaide’s main streets and key landmarks. From major shopping areas to key nightlife and food spots, gain understanding of the city by a born-and-raised local. You will stop by important spots including Adelaide Arcade and Parliament House, before finishing outside the famous Adelaide Central Market – an essential Adelaide experience.

And take advantage of $5 coffees, matcha lattes or iced teas (any size, any milk) while on tour from our friends at Everything Brewtiful! (9am tours Mon-Sat only)

This itinerary is great in a two-hour format as a private tour for the following:

– Groups of eight or larger
– Corporate and school groups
– Travellers wanting an orientation of Adelaide away from the crowds

– The Mall’s Balls sculpture in Rundle Mall
*Please look for your guide on the side of the Pandora jewellery store. If raining, please wait undercover next to the Pandora store.
End location:
– Outside the Adelaide Central Market on Grote Street.

How to get to the start point:
– If driving, the closest parks are called UParks. Both UPark Gawler Place and UPark Rundle Street are close to the Mall’s Balls sculpture, while the UPark on Grote Street is best for the end point near the Central Market. For certain locations, you can pre-book on the website for a cheaper cost on certain days.
– Ubers/taxis are also frequent.
– Numerous buses stop near Rundle Mall on King William Street, and the Rundle Mall stop on the tram line is a four minute walk from the start point. Trams are free within the city centre.
