Payment of Fees for All bookings must pay the full amount at the time of booking to secure your Experience/ Tour Refund/Exchange Policy Yura Tours Reserves the right to cancel or change experience/tour which are dependent on weather conditions. Any persons who have a tour cancelled or postponed have the option of either rebooking a tour at a later available date or a full refund (Gift Vouchers can not be refunded). Customers are asked to give 48hrs notice to change/cancel their booking and this is required to be done by phoning the office on 0438882033 or emailing admin@yuratours.com.au . If cancellation is within the 48 hours’ notice, refund or rebooking will be at Yura Tours discretion. Unaccompanied Minors All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult such as a parent, step- parent, guardian or other adult who has parental rights and responsibilities for the under 18-year-old guest. Group Bookings Group Bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm the tour date. The final balance and number of participants are due 7 days prior to the tour date. Payment Details We take the security of our customers’ personal details very seriously. All payments, and payment details, made by persons to Yura Tours website will remain confidential. Card and/or payment details will not be sold or passed onto a third party. All prices quoted on Yura Tours website are in Australian Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
