You’ll compare different vintages, clones, or winemaking techniques—such as oak versus stainless steel—to help you understand how these elements shape flavour, texture, and structure.   Sensory Exploration Interactive elements like aroma jars, wine maps, and textural comparisons bring the tasting to life.
