Spend time with one of their gin experts behind the scenes of Australia’s most highly-awarded gin producer, tasting your way through their acclaimed range while uncovering the stories, botanicals and craft behind each drop.

From here, settle in for a three-course Italian Street Food feast, lovingly prepared by Cucina di Strada. Begin with fresh South Australian oysters and seasonal arancini, followed by a selection of artisan pinsa — light, crisp Roman-style flatbreads topped with bold seasonal flavours — and finish with hand-made Italian cannoli. 

A true celebration of the region’s finest — bold gin, beautiful produce, and authentic South Australian hospitality — served with a side of sweeping McLaren Vale views.

* Bookings are for the ‘Premium Gin Masterclass + Italian Street Food Feast’ experience and are $295pp. Please note this is an 18+ experience. * Full payment at the time of booking is required to confirm all reservations. * Bookings are fully refundable when bookings are cancelled with more than 24 hours notice. * If you need to cancel your booking please call our friendly reservations team on (08) 8125 5565. * Buses and mini-buses are by prior arrangement with management only and must be attached to a booking. Please email distillery@neverneverdistilling.com.au with details of the company name you have booked prior to your reservation date. * We don’t welcome licensed vehicles to the venue at all – save your drinking for when you’re with us, not when you’re on your way. * Please don’t bring any other food or drinks to our venue. * We love a good doggo, and if you are seated on our terrace or lawn area you are welcome to bring your doggo to meet us – just make sure they are on a leash at all times. * We’re pretty responsible people and we promote responsible drinking. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone that has had a few too many before they get here, and the right to refuse service to anyone that has a few too many while they are here as well. * No BYO furniture. If you have a booking with us, you’ve got a chair and a table already – but you’re welcome to bring a rug if you would like to enjoy our lawn while you are here. * Unfortunately as our lawn directly runs onto our driveway and the Chalk Hill vineyards, for safety and agricultural reasons we don’t allow ball sports of any kind on our lawn area. Snakes live in the vegetation around the edge of our lawn so please ensure you keep an eye on any children that you may bring with you to the venue. * Please note that a 15% surcharge applies to all flights and drinks ordered on Public Holidays. The surcharge does not apply to retail or takeaway bottle sales. * A surcharge may apply to all payments made with cards at our venue. We gladly accept cash as a form of payment. * All spaces at our venue, including our lawn, are smoke and vape free areas. A designated smoking and vaping area is available at our front entrance. We don’t want to disappoint you and your friends when you turn up, so please make sure that you’re happy with these booking conditions before you make your reservation. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any reservation that doesn’t meet these venue booking conditions.
