You’ll get to visit a pristine remote beach where there will be nothing between you and Antarctica besides the vast Southern Ocean. Finish off, of course, with a ride through the desert-like landscape of Little Sahara’s epic inland sand dunes – it’s sure to be an experience you’ll never forget!

Our tour guide was Candice and she was incredible. Very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and such a positive Vibe! We got to experience the flora and Fauna, see the costal line and of course driving through the Sand Dunes!

I can highly recommend this activity.

The large dunes have their own natural beauty.
Great fun, with some scary, nearly vertical drops!

We got to see koalas up close, learn interesting facts about bees, and discover more about the local plants. Candice was amazing – clear, passionate, and always happy to answer our questions. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in nature and learn something new!

Thank you so much, guys!
We had the chance to see a lot of water, which was obviously unusual for the tour, and we took a few detours but always felt safe. Not to forget: Singing or grumpy or acrophobic koalas and bees, birds, tea trees, kangaroos, the power of nature and the importance of fire. All packed in a two hour walk.
Great fun!
Highly recommended!

My elderly parents were a little uncertain beforehand, but ended up having the time of their lives!
With regular wildlife stops, incredible views and photo taking opportunities, there was just the right mix of adventure and nature.
Spending the last part of the journey cruising up and down the incredible sand dunes was an absolute highlight!
This was far and away one of the best experiences we had on Kangaroo Island, for sure.
The tour was a perfect mix of adrenaline-pumping excitement and breathtaking scenery. They went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time, capturing incredible photos and sharing fun facts along the way. Their passion for what they do is truly contagious.
Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a unique, well-organized, and thoroughly enjoyable adventure. Candice and Joel are absolute gems, and I’d book another experience with them in a heartbeat!
Love from Sydney!

We also learned about the devastating fires in 2019/20 that burnt over 40% of the Island.

She was super funny and always happy to answer our questions!
Now we know a bit more about the bees and koalas ☺️

Candice was very easy to communicate and organise our day with, and incredibly knowledgeable! Not only did we have a great time playing in the sand dunes on the fat bikes and sand boards, we also learnt a lot about the wildlife and native area.
Very flexible with the weather - thankfully we had a nice day to ride, but the option of refund was there if it was terrible!

Luckily we were alone at the walk tour, and our guide could speak our mother tongue too!
Candice was really knowledgeable and friendly. The kids loved asking questions and looking around to spot koalas.
We saw in total 14 koalas, most of them awake and interested by us somehow .
I highly recommend this tour which is not crazy expensive as you see koala into the wild and found out also some fun facts about the nature.

driver of our buggy, was very knowledged about the flora and fauna, very
friendly and funny. She showed us the spectacular nature of this
beautiful island and provided us with an absolute highlight on our stay.
Great ride on narrow paths, along the coast and through the amazing
little sahara. Thank you from the german family ;-)

We enjoyed seeing the koalas and learning about foraging
He took us down on to a private beach one member of our party had trouble climbing back and provided the necessary encouragement
The highlight of the trip was the adrenaline filled drive around the sand dunes this included some amazing hill climbs and descents.
Highly recommended

Brenton was born on this island. He is a wealth of knowledge and highly entertaining. We had the opportunity to see koalas, kangaroos, eagles and dolphins . The views were stunning. and the buggy ride was fun
It’s a well run business with high end buggy’s and great sand board equipment. We didn’t have time to do the sand boarding but adults and children were having a blast. The sand dunes are gorgeous and reminded us of the ones we saw in the African Sahara.
Thank you Brenton for an amazing time. We highly recommend this activity. It’s even worth a day trip to the island a

We were very pleased with our tour and Fox added real value to the trip. We would thoroughly recommend.

ride! ????
If you are visiting KI, definitely put this on your bucket list- you won’t be disappointed!
We saw a mixture of different things on the tour which were all incredible. Koalas, Goannas, a private beach (such picturesque views) & the sand dunes are awesome fun!
Joel was our guide and he was great- so informative & took us right back to the history! You could tell that he was just so passionate about his job- it was so great to see. Thanks Joel for a great tour!!

She is a really good koala spotter!!
Recommended for everyone!!

The tour took us to places we couldn’t otherwise reach. Yasmin and Candice were absolutely fantastic, there knowledge of the area and its wild life was very informative.
I thoroughly recommend this tour.

The buggy tour includes a wildlife exploring activitiy at the start, kids were excited to spot the koalas and have gained knowledge about the forest, bushland and wildlife animals, especially koalas!!
The buggy tour was the highlight, full of excitment and laughters! We went through forest, dunes, beaches, desserts, up and down, high and low, even waters!!! The 2 hours tour passed like a blink, was the most amazing experience we had in Kangaroo Island. Highly recommend to everyone! Great thanks to our crew Bec! We love the tour! We enjoyed every second of the tour!!

My kids were so sad to miss out on riding the dunes on sandboards and toboggans that we came back the next day for some amazing weather and more fun! I would definitely recommend Little Sahara to anyone visiting the island, especially with kids!
