Combining our ‘Search for the Holy Grail’ and ‘Unearth Eden Valley’ experiences for a bigger tour! From the stunning heights of Menglers Hill in Eden Valley to our very special Holy Grail vineyard in Seppeltsfield… take it all in before journeying back to Cellar Door for a private tasting in our Bakehouse Cellar. This experience includes lunch along with tasting the pinnacle of our portfolio, The Flagship Series.

  • Guests are chauffeured on a private tour to both Yacca Block in Eden Valley and Holy Grail in Barossa Valley Single Vineyard sites.
  • Taste the Single Vineyard Shiraz wines produced from the vineyard in which guests stand and learn about both properties.
  • Take in some of the most breathtaking views in the Barossa whilst learning more about Two Hands viticulture techniques.
  • Journey back to our Cellar Door and enjoy a lunch at Cellar Door accompanied by a tasting of our Flagship Series wines.
  • Complimentary pick up and drop off at local Barossa accommodation is available when booked, simply let us know where you are staying and our team will be in touch.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To reserve a Two Hands Wines Vineyard or Tasting Experience please contact Two Hands Wines by email directly. We will confirm your booking via email, and include a booking confirmation form to be completed for your guests. This is to ensure that you are familiar with our terms and our release of liability. Your reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payment can be made by EFT, direct debit or credit card upon receipt of invoice. All Experience prices are based on a per person basis and includes those items mentioned in the itinerary and description section in this document. Group sizes are limited to a maximum of 12 guests and a minimum of 2 guests. Experiences will not depart with less than 2 bookings. Two Hands Wines is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled Experiences, such as airline tickets, other travel operators’ costs, third party suppliers etc. We recommend confirming your Experience with Two Hands Wines before making rail/air arrangements that might be non-refundable. By completing the booking form, you agree that you and your customers accept all terms and conditions herein and that this is a directive to perform services on your behalf. All persons included in this booking are subject to this agreement and implies acceptance of all terms by all persons named and that as signer, you have made all persons aware of these terms. When a booking is made, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of yourself and any third party the terms of these booking conditions. Guests who fail to acknowledge and agree to our Terms and Conditions at time of booking, will not be allowed to take part in the Experience and the cancellation policy applies. CANCELLATION AND LIABILITY: Two Hands Wines reserve the right to make route and itinerary modifications to Vineyard Experiences as needed. Two Hands Wines will do their utmost to follow the itinerary as described however the itineraries are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, including actions from 3rd party providers. On the rare occasions when Two Hands Wines must cancel a Vineyard Experience due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disaster, extreme weather or civil unrest, all payments received to date will be refunded, which constitutes full settlement. Two Hands Wines will not be liable if any additional expenses are incurred through delay, accident or disruptions of planned itineraries beyond our control, e.g. war, threat of war, riots, civil strike, terrorist activity, strikes, governmental action, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, including fire and/or flooding, technical problems of transport, closure of ports or airports, cancellation or changes of schedule by scheduled airlines, or similar events beyond our control. Such expenses are the responsibility of the guest. Guests assume all risks associated with the activity they have booked. By completing this booking you affirm that you and all persons in your booking are in good health and are physically capable of engaging in the activity you are booking. Two Hands Wines are not liable for personal injury, death, damage to property or other loss whether arising from accident, cancellations, delays or any other situation that may arise. Two Hands Wines Vineyard Experiences guests should insure against all such possibilities. Two Hands Wines reserve the right to cancel an Experience for any reason up to 5 days prior to the date of your Experience. In these circumstances, you will be entitled to either a full refund or to reschedule for another available Experience at the discretion of Two Hands Wines. If the cost is less, you will be refunded the difference, but where the cost is more, you will be required to pay the additional cost. In the event that it is necessary for Two Hands Wines to cancel an Experience, Two Hands Wines will not be liable for any costs Guests have incurred. GUESTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS Two Hands Wines welcome all guests with special needs. However, please note the following. Two Hands Wines Vineyard Experiences require a moderate level of fitness and mobility. Please note vehicle side steps are at a height of 45cm. We ask that any participant with a disability or medical condition requiring special attention contact us at the time of booking including all important information relating to your health, mobility and fitness which may affect your partial or total participation in the experience. This information is also crucial to allow us to ensure the experience you have chosen is suitable and meets your needs. If you require special assistance or care (such as pushing a wheelchair, assistance with entering/exiting the vehicle or assistance with walking), please contact the team to discuss your needs at the time of booking or confirmation. Please be aware that Two Hands Wines staff may not be able to provide personal assistance. Please note Two Hands Wines vehicles are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. TRAVELLING WITH CHILDREN Two Hands Wines Vineyard experiences are not suited for children under 12. Vehicles are not fitted with child seats and restraints. Please contact the team if travelling with children to check suitability before booking or at time of confirmation. It is the responsibility of guests travelling with young children to notify Two Hands Wines at time of booking. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian. RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL THW Vineyard Experiences include wine tasting and thus operates under the Liquor Licensing act of 1997. THW reserves the right under this act to refuse service of alcohol to any person reasonably determined to be intoxicated. REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS: If an Experience is cancelled more than 5 working days before the booking a full refund will apply less a $100 cancellation fee for both The Flagship and The Single Vineyard Experiences or less a $50 cancellation fee for The Search for the Holy Grail Experience. If an Experience is cancelled between two and five working days prior to the experience, 50% of the Experience cost will be refunded. NB This applies to Flagship and Single Vineyard Experiences only. If an Experience is cancelled within 2 working days of the booking, no refund will be issued.
